A full dinner in 20 minutes in the microwave: this potato is worth trying

A simple recipe and minimum cooking time. It is baked in the oven for at least an hour, but here everything is nothing. In short, we recommend!

Ingredients:

onion
potatoes
chicken fillet or sausage
cheese (can be processed)
salt
vegetable oil

Preparation:

1. Peel the onions and cut into large half rings.

2. Lubricate microwave ovenware with oil.

Never use a plastic container, even though it is designed for the microwave!
The plastic begins to melt after 3-5 minutes and the food in it becomes not tasty and harmful.

3. Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices. You can use cubes.

If there is no chicken or other meat, regular semi-smoked sausage will work too. Cut it into strips.

4. Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into thin slices with a grater.

There are 4 sides on almost every grater, here is one of them just for this.

5. Put a layer of onion in a mold, chicken or sausage on top. Salt everything, add spices to taste.

6. Put potato slices on the chicken fillet. We try to make them all lie horizontally and not wrap. Salt.

7. Sprinkle with grated cheese on the potatoes.

You don't have to buy good cheese for this dish. Even sausage or "Friendship" type will do.

No need to add water, oil or mayonnaise.
The potato itself gives a lot of juice, so everything will cook perfectly without additional liquid.
At the same time, the chicken fillet remains very juicy.

8. Place the dish in the microwave and cook the dish at 800 W for exactly 15 minutes.

If your microwave is less powerful, then just those 20 minutes will be needed.

Everything! Potatoes with chicken in the microwave - ready!
