Vitamin tea for immunity and heart health

How to cook:
1. One part of the rose hips, half of the hawthorn berries and a handful of frozen sea buckthorn berries (pulp from juice or jam is also possible).
2. Put everything in a glass or porcelain teapot and pour 1-1.5 cups of boiling water. Or bring everything together in a saucepan to a boil, and then insist in a porcelain or enamel dish for 1 hour.

The result is a drink of exceptional aroma and taste, which has a pleasant golden brown color as a multivitamin.

Vitamin tea, invigorating and warming from hibiscus with oranges and cinnamon

How to cook:
1. Put 2-3 hours in a kettle scalded with boiling water. ll. hibiscus, a few slices of orange peeled and 0.5 tsp. l. ground cinnamon. You can add currant or mint leaves.
2. Pour hot water (2-3 minutes after boiling) and leave for 15 minutes.

The drink has a pleasant aroma, color and taste, combines a range of healing properties and is a wonderful remedy. Recommended in the morning instead of coffee.

Sea buckthorn tea for bad mood and colds

How to cook:
1. Put a handful of sea buckthorn berries (frozen or dried) in the teapot. Add lemon or orange wedges, 2 tsp. l. green tea, 1 tsp. l. motherwort herbs and a pinch of ground cinnamon.
2. Pour everything with freshly boiled filtered water and infuse tea under a towel for 10 minutes.

This drink has an interesting taste that relieves fatigue and charges with vitamins.
