Prepare a budget fish so that it turns out better than the salmon!

Pink salmon in foil cooked in its own juice, why it is incredibly flavorful, juicy and tender. Try it yourself!

Ingredients:

fresh salmon
onion
2 lemons
Bay leaf
salt
pepper
tomatoes on the number of servings

Preparation:

1. Pink salmon gut, remove the head and tail. Then cut into portions steaks or fillets.

2. Lay on a baking foil.

3. Onions cut into half rings and lay on the foil evenly.

4. Lemon scalded with boiling water and cut into thin slices. Place the circles on lemon onion, 1 piece for each piece of fish.

5. Pink salmon with salt and season with pepper and any spices to taste.

6. From the second lemon squeeze juice and sprinkle them fish.

7. Put the steaks on a baking sheet, strictly on each circle of lemon.

8. Tomatoes cut into slices and then into sticks. On each piece of salmon lay about one crushed tomatoes.

9. On top of the bed of tomato 1 bay leaves. At the request of the fish you can sprinkle with grated cheese and spread with mayonnaise.

10. Close pink salmon on top of a large sheet of foil so that the whole was covered with baking.

11. Fish Bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees in a pre-heated oven.

Prepare fish served with boiled rice and vegetables.
