Ingredients:

yeast dough
0.5 kg minced meat (pork, beef, chicken or mixture)
2 pcs. onions
salt
pepper
condiments
vegetable oil

How to cook:

1. The dough must be made in advance, you can follow any recipe. The fastest here here. Divide the dough into pieces.

2. Add finely chopped onion, salt, black pepper and seasonings to the minced meat.

3. Mix the minced meat and be sure to pour 1 glass of cold water into it. Knead with your hands. The minced meat should be quite watery.

3. Roll the dough pieces a little or knead with your hands, put in 1 tbsp. l. minced meat and collect dough at the top. It is important to hold the dough so that there is a hole on top through which the minced meat will be visible.

4. Fry the whites in a large amount of vegetable oil, first with the hole down, then turn over.

Minced meat due to its liquid consistency will boil and simmer inside the dough, as if in broth. This makes the whites very juicy.

5. Fry the whites for 5 minutes on each side, then cover with a lid and simmer for a few more minutes.

Serve immediately hot and hot.
