How to bake a pear in the microwave

Very simple! You will need pears, sugar and ground cinnamon.

How to cook:

Wash pears, wipe dry with a towel. Carefully cut off a third of the fruit - these will be the caps.
Then, with a teaspoon, carefully cut out the seed pods without cutting through the pears.
Pour into the resulting hole for 1 tsp. l. sugar and a pinch of cinnamon.
Cover with "lids" and put in the microwave. Bake pears at the highest microwave power for 2.5 minutes to 5 minutes.

An important point! Before baking, puncture the pears all over the skin with a toothpick so that the pear does not crack.

Serve with sponge cake or ice cream.

How to cook a pear for dessert

This pear will taste like a canned pear. It goes very well for making delicious desserts with cream and biscuits, fruit salads or as a filling for baskets, pancakes and even pies.

You will need the pears themselves, ground cinnamon, lemon peel, a couple of cloves and plain water. The French really recommend to cook pears in dry white or red dessert wine. Of course, this method is more interesting and elegant, but it is also the most expensive.


Water for boiling pears is also good.

But at the expense of sugar in the marinade - at your discretion, but not more than 0.5 cups per 1 liter of liquid.

How to cook:

Wash the pears and place them in a saucepan tightly, with the chopsticks up. 4 fruits will need about 0.5 liters of liquid. So sugar can be put no more than 3-5 tbsp. l. And also add the cut zest from half a lemon, a couple of pinches of cinnamon and a couple of cloves.

Bring the pears to a boil and simmer covered over low heat for about 8-10 minutes.

Important! Pears should not be left to cool directly in the marinade, as they can "creep away" from it - be digested. We take out on a plate and cool on it!

How to make pears in dough

The first step in preparing pears for baking in dough is boiling. How to do it in the recipe above.

And for the baking process, we need ready-made puff pastry. You can use fresh and even dumplings.

How to cook:

Boiled pears must be cooled to room temperature. Roll out the dough and cut into long strips, 1-2 cm thick. Attach one edge of the dough strip to the bottom of the pear and wrap the dough over the whole pear to make it overlap like a mummy.

Place pears in a baking sheet and in a hot oven. Bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.

Then remove, brush with beaten egg and put in the oven for another 5 minutes.

Important! Serve the pears in a batter with whipped cream, a scoop of ice cream, a shot of liqueur or cognac, and a little crushed coriander to set off the flavor.
