It is always necessary to monitor what we eat. It is also necessary to change the lifestyle and diet that led you to excess weight.
And this should be done gradually and understanding why you are doing it. If you want to lose weight under someone's pressure, for the sake of society, then the process is unlikely to be comfortable for you, and as a result, you just give up everything.
When it is in your head that you just need to lose weight and not only lose weight, but consolidate the result, change your diet and lifestyle - consider half the job done.

Breakfast - sandwiches.
How many times I have heard enough in my time that if I want to lose weight, then you cannot eat sandwiches, and bread must be completely excluded, it is harmful.
Time has passed. I still eat sandwiches that combine all the nutrients needed for breakfast: protein, fat, and complex carbohydrates. And yes, I've taken it a step further and now I'm making the healthiest whole grain sourdough bread. I wonder how things are with the weight of those who wrote all this to me and lost weight "as expected" on grass, buckwheat and breast?
So, my sandwiches: 90 g of whole grain bread, 30 g of cottage cheese and 90 g of cold smoked pink salmon. And also green tea. Breakfast for 450 kcal.

Today I dabbled in tea and cottage cheese cookies with candied fruits.
We went to the cinema for the morning show and on the way back we went to the store. And in the store I saw cottage cheese cookies with candied fruits, which my mother always bought before when I was still living with my parents. Such nostalgia attacked me that I decided to buy a cookie.
And here is 45 g of cookies and tea - 185 kcal
For lunch, chicken broth (365 g), boiled noodles (70 g) and 40 g of whole grain bread. Lunch at 365 kcal.
For dinner, I planned to cook chicken thighs chkmeruli. I ate chicken thigh with sauce (meat weight 120 g) and 40 g of bread.
Dinner for 415 kcal.
And in the evening, under the cinema, I ate ordinary tangerines (250 g) - 95 kcal. Previously, there were clementines on the menu, their calorie content is higher than usual.
The result of the day is 1515 kcal. B - 90, F - 68, U - 135.
