Today we will bake a real delicacy - chocolate dough muffins. This is a basic recipe in which you can add coconut, grated chocolate, crushed nuts, candied fruits, raisins, and more.

Ingredients:

egg
1 bag of baking powder
half a packet of butter
3 tbsp. l. cocoa powder
50 gr. dark chocolate
0.5 cups milk
50 gr. sour cream or cream
150-200 gr. flour (depends on the quality of flour)
100 g Sahara

How to cook:

1. In a bowl, combine dry ingredients - cocoa, sugar, flour and baking powder.

Important! Salt should always be added to sweet baked goods to enhance the sweetness and balance and highlight the sugar.

2. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or microwave. Add butter to it in slices and when it melts, pour in warm milk. Warm up the mixture and, stirring occasionally, bring to a boil.

3. Beat the egg with a fork with sour cream until smooth.

4. Mix dry mixture with chocolate, and then with sour cream and egg cream. The resulting dough should be rich in chocolate color. Therefore, you need to take real chocolate and cocoa powder without adding sugar and impurities.

5. Cupcakes can be baked in either disposable paper or reusable silicone molds. It is better to lubricate the former with oil, and the latter is not necessary.

6. Divide the dough into molds for 2/3 of the forms.

7. Bake muffins in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Willingness to check with a splinter or toothpick.

Cool muffins in tins on the wire rack and then serve. You can decorate with any cream, icing or simply sprinkle with icing sugar.
