Any working woman tries to feed her children and her husband deliciously. Cooking 2-3 dishes every day is incredibly difficult and takes a lot of precious time.
A husband who returns from work or a child from school does not even notice perfectly sparkling windows or mirrors, and they don’t care about the freshly washed floor. First of all, everyone goes to the kitchen and opens the refrigerator. Especially if my mother has gone somewhere or has not yet returned from work.
Of course, many hostesses have a saucepan with borscht and even pasta in the bowels of the refrigerator, and maybe even a container with cutlets or fried fish. But we do not always have time to bungle dinner and, admit to yourself that sometimes you really want to eat food prepared by someone else.
So small blanks in the refrigerator come to the rescue, which will help them prepare something for themselves for teenage children or husbands. Also, such methods will be useful to pensioners.
Secret number 1 - semi-finished products
You can buy it in the store, but homemade ones are tastier. Therefore, when you have time you need to get busy and fill the freezer with bags with:
stuffed cabbage
stuffed peppers and zucchini
cutlets, hedgehogs, meatballs
slices of already cut fish
pickled chicken drumsticks, thighs, breast
chops in spices (pork, chicken)
cubes of meat for goulash, stew or roast
vegetable cuts (slices / slices of zucchini, eggplant mugs / plates)
potatoes in strips for frying (peel, cut and scald with boiling water for 3 minutes in advance)
If you pack everything up in portions - for one cooking, frying pan, saucepan, and then sign the packages - where and what, how to cook and with what to eat, then you can relax a little.
It will not be difficult to prepare such a bag for the tired mother herself (it has already been prepared), and for other household members in order to feed herself and mother for one thing.
Secret # 2 - refueling
You can simply grate carrots or beets and arrange in bags, and then freeze. A great help for soups and borscht.
But if this carrot is sautéed with onions and folded into the same bags or containers, then here is a ready-made not only frying for soup, but also an excellent dressing for hot dishes, stewing chicken or fish, dressing a salad of boiled beans with garlic and etc.
Or try to make several options: fry a lot of grated carrots separately, separately onions, separately green beans - and in cans / bags.
Men can easily add fried onions to their cutlets or fish, and children may like stewed carrots for a side dish (buckwheat, pasta).
A large piece of lard makes excellent cracklings for frying delicious potatoes. Immediately cut and melt the fat in a cast-iron frying pan, then everything into a jar - it's easy!
Scooping a spoonful of greaves with fat from a jar in the refrigerator is much faster than frying them every time, for example, for scrambled eggs or pasta.
Or make more dietary cracklings from chicken skin and also use it at the right time, for example, in egg salad or in the filling of pies with mushrooms. Some even spread it on bread.
Very convenient and life-making ways.
Secret number 3 - blanks
In summer and partly in autumn, we all make many different jars with blanks. It's not just jam and cucumbers / tomatoes in jars. And also pickle, borsch, various salads.
In the freezer, you can store preparations for soups, stews, pilaf, and more. For example, for pickle, cut pickled cucumbers in advance, add fried onions and carrots, as well as boiled barley. It is enough to take out a portioned bag and ask for its contents into the boiling broth - here is the pickle for you.
Thus, my family can make themselves not only pickle, but also kharcho, borsch, pilaf, stew, hodgepodge, stew cabbage, fry or bake potatoes with mushrooms in sour cream, etc.
True, all these blanks have to be done in advance in portions, packaged in bags and spend 1-2 days a month on this, usually on weekends.
But then for several days a week the food is cooked by itself, without the participation of a tired mother.
