Classics - dessert of prunes with walnuts in yogurt (sour cream)
How to do:
Pitted prunes, rinse a little (not necessary) and put half a walnut kernel in the middle.
Place in a bowl or serving platter and top with natural yogurt or sour cream.
Decorate as you wish - chopped nuts or grated chocolate.
Advice:
- instead of walnut, you can use hazelnut, pine nut or almond
- yogurt is replaced with sour cream, fermented baked milk or even soft cheese
- the dessert can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days
Chocolate-covered prunes - three options
Option number 1
Fill the prunes with chopped or whole walnut kernels and cover with melted dark chocolate.
Option number 2
Finely chop prunes with nuts and a little grated chocolate. Shape the candies into balls, cover with chocolate icing or liquid chocolate (melted).
Option number 3
Grind biscuit biscuits or chocolate waffles, mix with the same amount of chopped prunes and nuts. You can add dried cherries or cranberries. Blind sweets, cover with chocolate (white or milk), roll in cookie crumbs.
Sweet rolls with prunes
How to do:
Grind a pack of cottage cheese with 1 tbsp. l. fatty sour cream or natural yogurt. Sugar or powder to taste.
Chop the walnuts very finely, almost into powder. Chop the prunes until puree.
Spread cling film on the table. Spread the nuts on it in an even layer in the form of a rectangle, on them the curd mass.
Put a strip of prunes on the edge of the curd. Using the film, roll the steering wheel out of the curd so that the prunes are inside.
Put the bundle in the refrigerator for 3-8 hours. When serving, remove the film and cut the roll into pieces.
Very similar to rolls, only dessert ones. Pour with chocolate icing or sauce if desired.
