The best option for a morning or afternoon snack is something from cottage cheese. And if the pure curd no longer fits, you have to invent new and unusual dishes from it.

Carrot-apple cheesecakes


Ingredients:

250 gr. curd
1 large carrot
2 apples
2 egg whites
a pinch of ground cinnamon
3 tbsp. l. semolina
2 hours l. Sahara

How to cook:

1. Peel and grate apples and carrots. It is possible on a large one.

2. Grind cottage cheese with sugar and cinnamon. Add carrot-apple mixture and semolina. Knead well until smooth.

3. Beat the egg whites until firm peaks and then gently spoon into the curd mass without beating!

4. These cheesecakes are best cooked in the oven or steamed. Simply form round cheesecakes, place on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Serve with sour cream.

Vanilla curd cakes with raisins

Ingredients:

1 pack of cottage cheese (200-250 gr.)
1 egg
1-2 tbsp. l. flour + flour for breading
a pinch of salt
1 hour l. Sahara
a handful of seedless raisins
vanillin on the tip of a knife

How to cook:

1. Rinse the raisins and dry them a little on a paper towel.

2. Grind cottage cheese with sugar, vanilla and salt. Here, break an egg and knead everything. At the end, combine cottage cheese and dried raisins.

3. Pour 1 tbsp into the curd mass. l. flour with a good slide. Or 2 tbsp. l. flour with a medium slice. Stir with your hands.

4. Form cheesecakes from the curd mixture with wet hands, roll each in flour and fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.

Apple cheesecakes

Ingredients:

250 gr. curd
1 egg
1 large apple
2 tbsp. l. flour
salt and sugar to taste

How to cook:

1. Peel and cut the apple into thin strips, then dice. No need to grate the apple, there will be too much juice - it is too much here.

2. Grind cottage cheese with sugar and salt, add an egg.

3. Combine curd mass with apples and flour. Knead the dough.

4. Form round syrniki from the curd mixture, roll in flour or semolina and fry in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes on each side.

These cheesecakes can also be steamed or oven-baked.
