Of course, many would disagree. But at home you can do it like this. It turns out very tasty, and most importantly, the rice crumbles from the rice.
Ingredients:
500 gr. beef
300 gr. onions
1 carrot
salt
270 gr. rice
750 ml water
head of garlic
vegetable oil
seasonings for pilaf
How to cook:
1. Cut the beef into cubes. Dip in a mixture of seasonings and salt. Fry for 10-12 minutes in vegetable oil in the "Fry" mode.
2. Peel the carrots and onions, cut into strips. No need to grate carrots! The grated rice will be sweetish, stick together and turn orange, and not the yellow color we need.
3. Put onions and carrots to the meat, fry on the same mode for another 8-10 minutes.
4. Rinse the rice well, if a special one is used, then it is best even to soak it in advance. It will be perfect.
5. Place the rice in a multicooker bowl over vegetables and meat. Smooth and gently pour hot water into the very center.
6. Wash, but do not peel, the whole head of garlic and stick it in the rice. Do not forget to add salt and seasonings.
7. Continue to cook in the "Pilaf" or "Rice" mode, the time set by the device.
Leave the finished pilaf in a multicooker under a lid without heating for another 5-10 minutes.
