Not only "Fur coat"! We continue to prepare for the New Year and test, select inexpensive and hearty dishes for the menu.
A little old time-tested classics, add modern delights, a little imagination and a drop of festive mood - and that's what you can cook!
Of course, this is the classic "Herring under a fur coat". But it can also be made unusual. For example, add fresh celery, apple, olives, pickled onions to the salad. And not boil the beets, but bake them.
Just a little bit away from the usual recipe and a completely different taste. By the way, some people always add walnuts or prunes to this salad.
