Lavash: how to make it right at home

Do you like pita bread? But in the store it is not very tasty and is often torn.

I was looking for a way to make pita bread at home for a long time, but I finally found it. According to the recipe below, you can bake about 20 delicious lavash in just half an hour.

Ingredients:

1 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp sugar
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 glass of warm water
3 cups flour

Preparation:

1. Knead the dough from the specified products, it should be soft, pleasant and elastic.

2. Divide the dough into 15-20 balls, depending on the diameter of your pan.

3. Cover the balls with plastic wrap and let the dough rest for about 20 minutes.

4. Roll out a thin cake from a tesa ball and then stretch it as thin as possible in your hands. Try to make them almost transparent.

5. Fry in a well-heated dry frying pan without fat for a few seconds on each side.

6. Remove to a previously prepared surface and well sprinkle the still hot product with water, cover with foil, and do this with each cake.

It is imperative to splash with water, as they will be dry and not elastic.
