Ingredients:

500 gr. beef or pork
3-5 onions
3 pickled cucumbers
2 tbsp. l. tomato paste
1 glass of water or broth
1 kg of potatoes
3 cloves of garlic
salt
pepper
vegetable oil

How to cook:

1. Rinse the meat, dry and cut into strips. Better to take a leaner one.

2. Lightly fry the meat in a cauldron in heated vegetable oil.

3. Cut the onion into thin half rings and add to the meat, fry the meat with onion until the onion is soft.

4. Add tomato paste, stir.

5. Chop finely or coarsely grate pickles.

6. Put the cucumbers to the meat, simmer for 3-5 minutes. Then pour water or broth and simmer under the lid. Until the meat is tender.

7. Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes or strips.

8. Fry the sliced ​​potatoes in a separate skillet. When it is almost ready, transfer it to a cauldron of meat.

9. Stir the dish, season with salt and pepper. You can add bay leaves.

10. Grate the garlic or pass through a press into a cauldron. Stir gently and simmer the potatoes from the start for about 5-7 minutes.
