Ingredients:
1 kg of potatoes
big tomato
2 onions
3-5 pcs. prunes
chicken leg
2 cloves of garlic
greens
walnuts to taste and desire
vegetable oil
salt
seasonings for chicken
How to cook:
1. Peel the potatoes, garlic and onions. Cut everything into circles, rings or slices.
2. Spread 2-3 layers of good thick baking foil on the table. Grease the middle with vegetable oil.
3. Put potatoes, onions on foil and sprinkle with chopped garlic.
4. Cut the chicken leg or other pieces of meat into smaller pieces. This is a budget and even in a sense economical option. You can take at least a kilogram of chicken if you have it and you so want it.
Chop the chicken and place on a potato base.
5. Finely chop the prunes and chop the nuts. They are not required, but they are more interesting and delicious. Sprinkle them on the chicken.
6. Wash a large ripe tomato and cut into slices. Place the tomato rings on the chicken.
7. Mix 2 tablespoons in a bowl. l. vegetable oil with 1 tbsp. l. hot water, add 0.5 tsp. l. salt and 1 tsp. l. seasoning for chicken or other.
Pour the mixture over the entire structure of chopped food.
8. Gently wrap the foil so that you get a tight bundle. Add another layer of foil if desired.
9. Place the roll on a baking sheet and place in a hot oven for 1 hour. Then unfold or cut off the top of the package, sprinkle with chopped herbs and let the contents brown for another 10-15 minutes.
