Have you tried changing the mixture itself? I, yes! I share the most delicious variations of okroshka mix.
Okroshechnaya mixture with celery
Ingredients:
2 stalks of celery (3-4 can be used)
1 cucumber
green onions
fresh dill
2-3 eggs
200 gr. half-smoked sausage (Krakow, pork, Ukrainian)
salt
How to cook:
1. Chop the dill and onion finely and grind with boiled eggs and salt.
2. Cucumber and sausage - cut into cubes.
3. Grind the celery across with very thin strips and rub lightly with your hands.
4. Mix everything in a saucepan. Pour with kvass or kefir. You can add sour cream and table mustard to taste.
Serve a hot potato with a bite.

Okroshechnaya mixture with radish (turnip) and smoked chicken
Ingredients:
1 medium green radish or 2 medium yellow turnips
1 bunch of dill
0.5 bunch green onions
2-3 sprigs of basil (preferably green)
2 cucumbers
1 smoked chicken leg or 2 thighs
3 eggs
salt
How to cook:
1. Peel and grate turnips or radishes very gently. Add a couple pinches of salt and rub well with a spoon or hands. Leave on for 10 minutes.
2. Free the chicken from skin and bones, cut into small cubes.
3. Chop and grind the greens with a rested radish.
4. Grate cucumbers or cut into cubes. It is advisable to clean it from tough skin.
5. Cut or crush the eggs with a fork.
6. Combine everything, mix, salt to taste.
It is especially tasty with rustic rye (white) kvass, with whey or with mineral water. But then you need to add sour cream.
And potatoes separately, whole, warm, in a large plate.

Okroshka mixture with pork and mushrooms
Ingredients:
1 can canned mushrooms (chopped)
200 gr. boiled or fried meat (leftover barbecue - generally awesome!)
2 eggs
a bunch of greens of dill, parsley and onions
2 cucumbers
3-4 potatoes (boiled)
salt
table horseradish
How to cook:
1. Chop the meat or chop finely.
2. Cut potatoes, cucumbers and eggs into cubes or grate.
3. Chop the greens.
4. Put all prepared ingredients in a saucepan. Pour liquid from a jar with mushrooms. Put the mushrooms themselves on a board and chop into strips.
5. Stir the mixture, salt. Add 1 tbsp. l. horseradish. Pour in kvass or whey.
Very tasty okroshechka turns out!
