How to cook:
1. Clear 3-4 pcs. large onions in a pan in vegetable oil.
2. Beat 2 eggs with salt.
3. Mix chilled onion with eggs, 2 tbsp. l. sour cream and 50 gr. grated cheese.
4. Roll out the puff pastry and put in a mold, make sides, cut off excess.
5. Put the onion filling on the dough, cover it with pieces of puff pastry, grease with a beaten egg
6. Bake in the oven for about twenty five minutes at 180-200 degrees.

Pie with herbs

How to cook:
1. A large bunch of spicy herbs, as well as various tops (beets, carrots, spinach, sorrel), wash and finely chop.
2. Stew the herbs in butter. Season with salt and pepper.
The filling is ready, but it is much tastier with boiled chicken or fish, or with grated cheese.
3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut in half. Put the first in a mold, top with the filling and cover with dough. Chop with a fork, brush with egg and bake for 20-25 minutes.

A pie with cabbage

How to cook:
1. Chop the cabbage and rub lightly with your hands.
2. Fry (exactly fry) cabbage in vegetable oil until brownish. Season with salt and pepper. You can add onions or green onions.
Carrots for the filling, if you want, you can, but they should be fried separately from the cabbage.
3. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Put one piece of dough, then cabbage and cover with the second piece of dough. Pinch, brush with salt water or milk, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
4. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 200 degrees.

Pie with fish and potatoes (or rice)

How to cook:
1. Boil the fish and disassemble it into fillets only, without skin and bones. You can take canned food in oil.
2. Cut the onions into half rings and fry in vegetable oil.
3. Boil potatoes, finely chop or mash in mashed potatoes. Or replace it with rice or stewed vegetables (cabbage, carrots, eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes, bell peppers, etc.).
4. Roll out the dough into a large rectangle. Put a strip of potatoes right in the center, season with salt and pepper, then onions and pieces of fish on it. Salt and pepper again.
5. Cut the edges of the dough from the strip with filling into long strips and fold one on top of the other, braiding a braid.
6. Brush the cake with whipped yolk.
7. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
