It's really hard to settle for a couple of things. I rarely cook, but as they say, aptly.
Ingredients for the dough:
2.5 cups flour (400 gr.)
250 g butter or margarine
0.5 cups sour cream or 125 gr.
egg
2 pinches of salt
2 tbsp. l. Sahara
1 hour l. soda or 2 tsp. baking powder
For filling or crumb:
1.5 cups flour
1.5 cups sugar
150 gr. butter
1-2 handfuls of walnut kernels
vanillin
How to cook:
1. We need to start with the test. Chop butter or margarine with flour. Add egg, baking soda or baking powder, salt, sugar and sour cream.
2. Knead the dough, roll it into a ball, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
3. Prepare the filling like this. Finely chop the nuts with a knife, then beat them into flour with a rolling pin.
Stir flour with sugar and vanilla, add cold butter in chunks and rub into crumbs with your hands, then add nuts and combine everything.
4. Divide the dough into 3-4 parts, roll each of them into a rectangle, add nut crumbs and roll tightly.
5. Pinch the edges of the dough, flatten the roll slightly with your palms, brush with a beaten egg and only then cut the roll slightly obliquely.
6. Place the filled dough pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
7. Bake cookies until golden brown at 180 degrees.
Store in a jar with a lid, but it is better to eat right away.
