Pancake fillings: many, varied and very tasty

Wrapping something hearty or sweet in a pancake - yes, it's easy! Save the collection!

With minced meat
Fry the onions in cubes in vegetable oil. Add minced meat, salt and season with pepper. Pass the finished mass through a meat grinder or grind for homogeneity with a blender.

With chicken

With cottage cheese and cherries


Take 1 cup fresh or frozen pitted cherries. Add a couple of tablespoons of sugar. Leave on for 10 minutes. Then drain the juice. And mix the berries with cottage cheese. Vanillin and cinnamon to taste. Place cherries, you can take any berries, kiwi, apples or pears.

With mushrooms
Fry chopped mushrooms with onions. Season with salt and pepper. You can skip some of the mushrooms in a meat grinder or blender for uniformity.

With mushrooms and chicken
You can take boiled or fried chicken, or minced chicken. As in the recipe above, fry the onions and mushrooms. And then combine with chicken or minced meat. Fry. Season with salt and pepper.

With mushrooms and cheese
Boil mushrooms or use canned champignons. Fry the onion into cubes. Put mushrooms in a frying pan with onions, heat for 5 minutes and add grated cheese. Salt, pepper and herbs to taste. You can have some cream or mayonnaise.

With red fish and cheese
Brush the edge of the pancake with melted pasty cheese. Top with strips of lightly salted red fish. Fresh cucumber and dill on request.

With fish and rice
Boil or bake fillets of any fish (pollock, haddock, sea bass or salmon). Then finely crumble.
Fry the onions in cubes until brownish.

With fish and salad
Spread mayonnaise on a pancake with a thin layer. Lay out the lettuce leaf. Then sticks of fresh cucumbers and strips of lightly salted red fish. Some melted cheese and herbs. Roll up like a shawarma and cut into rolls.

With apple and cinnamon
Wash and peel the apples. Then cut into small cubes. Put apples in a pan, a couple of tbsp. l. butter, add sugar and cinnamon to taste. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.

With apples (pears) and nuts
Grate 2 apples or pears. Add chopped walnuts to taste, sugar (or honey) and ground cinnamon. Warm up slightly in a pan or microwave.

With apples and berries
Cut the peeled apples into cubes and mix with the pitted berries. Add sugar. Simmer for 2 minutes over the fire so that the sugar begins to caramelize.

With potato
Mix the remains of mashed potatoes (from dinner) with onions or green onions fried in butter. Salt. If you want, you can diversify the filling: boiled meat, pickled cucumbers or fried mushrooms.

With rice and eggs
Boil round rice and some eggs. Finely chop the eggs. Fry the onions in butter. Combine rice, onions, eggs. Add herbs, salt and pepper.

With rice, vegetables and minced meat
Fry onions and minced meat in any oil. Cook rice separately.
Simmer chopped fresh tomatoes, bell peppers and zucchini. Combine all ingredients. Salt to taste.
