Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
Currently I have managed to get rid of 58 kg.

We count calories and lose weight.

But I want to repeat once again that as soon as we reach the desired weight and reflection in the mirror, all that remains is to maintain our weight.

And here we will eat intuitively, because during the counting and deficit we will get used to portions, a certain number of calories, and already a larger amount will be too much for us. I have felt this for a long time when I arrange download days.

Weight control and intuitive nutrition developed during the counting time will prevent you from gaining excess weight again. Of course, if you do not go all the way.

And just a little - a calorie deficit and we are slim again.

I managed to lose weight and I have lasted for a year and 9 months, I am getting slimmer further. No diets have given me such a result.

I have not yet reached the ideal that I want to see in the mirror, but already quite happy with my reflection. I continue to slim at my 1300.

Breakfast I have today is just a bomb!

170 g curd cheese roll in lavash. It's delicious, but how satisfying!

Breakfast - 425 kcal.

After breakfast I drank green tea and went to work.

Today I do not have much work and I devoted part of the day to household chores, which I had been pushing aside since Monday, and only on Wednesday my hands reached them.

I had some fruit during the break, sat on social networks, responded to your comments and went to work on my laptop.

How much time is taken up by social networks.

I have long stopped flipping the tape just like that. Most of my time is spent on comments in my groups around PP in various social networks. And before, I remember how you come in - so half an hour from your life can definitely be deleted.

Do you also not notice how time passes on social networks?

Snack 150 g tangerine and 160 g apple - 125 kcal.

For lunch, we ate a light soup with pink salmon (370 g) and prepared a sandwich on Darnitsa bread (35 g) with canned tuna pate (30 g) with curd cheese (25 g) for the soup.

Lunch went out on 410 kcal.

For dinner today I have 100g of turkey pastroma and salad with beets, peas, pickled cucumber and garlic, seasoned with 20g of PP mayonnaise.

Dinner turned out to be 270 kcal.

I took 40 g of dried mango for tea - 100 kcal.

In just a day it turned out 1330 kcal.

I observe the drinking regime: before each meal I drink a glass of water and finish the rest of the norm during the day as desired.

Plus physical education at home.
