Ingredients:
- milk - 1 l
- flour - 500 g
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- semolina - 100 g
- vegetable oil - 50 g
- sugar - 2-4 tbsp. l.
- pressed yeast - 15 g
- salt - 1 tsp l.
Step by step recipe
1. First, knead the pancake dough.
Pour 750 ml of warm milk into a bowl. All you need is 1 liter of milk. Here we crumble 15 g of alcoholic yeast. Pour in 1 tsp. salt and 2 tbsp. l. Sahara. Mix everything until sugar and yeast dissolve. If you like sweet pancakes, you can double the amount of sugar.
2. Everything has dissolved, pour 100 g of semolina here, mix so that there are no lumps.
3. And add 500 g of flour. Mix the dough again until smooth.
4. Cover the bowl with cling film and put the dough in a warm place. I put it in the oven turned on at a temperature of about 25-30 degrees. Leave the dough for about 1-2 hours.
5. The dough has already come. Break 4 eggs into it, one at a time, stirring the dough each time. I mix the dough with a mixer at the lowest speed. If the mixer does not have a low speed, then the dough must be manually mixed with a whisk.
6. Pour 50 ml of refined vegetable oil into the dough here and mix again.
7. At the very end, pour the remaining 250 ml of well warm milk. Mix again.
8. Cover the dough again with cling film and put in a warm place for 20-30 minutes.
9. After proving, you get such a liquid pancake dough.
Before the first pancake, grease the already preheated pan a little with vegetable oil. You do not need to grease the pan further, since the dough already contains vegetable oil.
Pour 1 ladle of dough into the pan and distribute it evenly over the pan. The diameter of my pan is 24 cm.
10. When the pancake is fried on one side, turn it over to the other side. We bake pancakes on a low-medium heat.
Remove the finished pancake from the pan.
11. We bake all pancakes in this way. From this amount of dough, I got 16 pancakes
