For all my attempts to lose weight during my conscious life, I realized that for a successful and long-term result:

  1. first, you need a psychological attitude,
  2. secondly, you need a normal diet that will give you satiety, which will be tasty and rich in nutrients.

1️⃣How to tune in psychologically? Here I was helped by a clear understanding of why I need to lose weight.

Answer yourself the question - why do you want to lose weight? And these should be clear and realistic goals that are necessary exactly you.

Not because your parents, husband, girlfriend, friends want you to lose weight and constantly reproach you for being overweight. But because for you here and now the goal of losing weight is clear, and you really need it.

Only your personal initiative, a goal that is clear and necessary for you will bring lasting results.

Otherwise, soon your hands will simply give up and at the first difficulties you will abandon everything.

2️⃣Is it hard to stay on a diet when hungry and tasteless, prada?

And it is also dangerous to health if certain foods are excluded from your diet for a long time. And first of all - it concerns our female beauty and health.

You can not limit yourself harshly in nutrition. Give your body all the nutrients it needs.

And in this regard, counting calories and the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates is one of the best ways to lose weight without harm to health, eating deliciously and satisfyingly.

Turn to the menu for the day.

Breakfast today was divided into 2 parts.

In the evening, I made myself apple cheese cakes (170 g). I greased cheesecakes with 30 g of sour cream 10% and ate them with tea.

And then I took the remaining vitamin tea and a sandwich - 20 g of whole grain bread with 20 g of curd cheese and 25 g of salted chum salmon and went to work at the computer.

Breakfast turned out to be 420 kcal.

And the tea is vitamin, because I added a little green tea, a small orange cut into circles and a bunch of mint. This is how I wanted to make a drink for myself in the morning.

For some reason today I literally fell asleep at the computer.

I decided to drink coffee with 50 ml of milk as a snack, and in my opinion, the best addition to coffee with milk is cheese. Today I have sausage cheese (as much as 70 g). Just cheese and coffee and it tastes so good!

The snack turned out to be 200 kcal.

I had a choice for a snack - fruit with a dose of vitamin C or cheese. My cheesy soul chose the second, but with coffee and milk🤷‍♂️.

I predict a bunch of comments like: "if I ate so much, I wouldn't get in the door", "how much you can eat and lose weight is a lie!" and so on.

My feast for lunch is mushroom soup (400 g), 160 g of chicken roll and 100 g of vegetables (cherry and cucumber).

Dinner 380 kcal.

For dinner, 200 g of chicken breast baked in sour cream marinade with mustard and cherry and cucumber salad dressed with 30 g of sour cream.

Dinner - 335 kcal.

During the day I ate 20 g of peanuts - 110 kcal.

For the whole day it turned out 1445 kcal.

Drinking regime and physical education in addition to the diet to help.

I hope no one has any plans to devote all the May holidays to food?)

The person himself writes that he rushes from side to side (apparently sitting on one or another diet, or maybe he takes magic pills, which do not exist - that is not the point). But the point is that the first thing he starts his statement with is that I don't know how and I do not want count calories. I do not want. And that's it. How do not explain, do not say - everything is useless. A person does not want and it is easier for him to write off his laziness on menopause, on the thyroid gland, on hormonal disturbances, on age, on a wide bone and something else.

The one who really wants - he takes and does.

One thing I don't understand is what these people want from me.
