How to cook delicate, thin pancakes with holes in milk? My secrets and nuances!
Ingredients
- 1 l. milk
- 2 cups flour (320 g)
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2-3 tbsp Sahara
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp soda
Steps
First of all, we heat the milk to a warm state.
Break eggs into a separate bowl, add sugar and salt. We mix.
Pour in vegetable oil and mix again.
Pour in about a third of the warm milk, stirring slightly, add all the flour and begin to knead the dough, getting rid of the flour lumps.
Then pour in the remaining milk in 2 doses.
Finally, add baking soda and, stir quickly, leave the dough to brew for 20-30 minutes.
We begin to fry pancakes only in a well-heated and preheated frying pan.
Before frying each pancake, I grease it with a small amount of vegetable oil.
Thanks to this procedure, pancakes will not only turn over and be removed from the pan without problems, but will also acquire additional porosity, perforation and a beautiful pattern.
Fry pancakes on medium or slightly above medium mode until a beautiful ruddy color on both sides.
Depending on the diameter of the frying pan, 18-20 thin pancakes are obtained from the specified number of ingredients.
Grease ready-made hot pancakes with butter if desired.
