Today I will not describe the benefits of such a method of losing weight as counting calories. I do this almost every day - go to the channel, you will find a lot of interesting informationπ.

Breakfast is very early for me today.
I usually have breakfast around 8 am (pre-drinking water on an empty stomach). Since I don't have to waste time commuting to work - I am always at work 24/7 - I could afford to take my time with breakfast.
But just today I had to go to Moscow in the morning on business and my breakfast was at 6 in the morning.
Earlier (about two years ago and more), I could not eat anything at such an earlier time. I would have drunk tea with 3-4 tablespoons of sugar and that's it. And then, when already in the midst of the day the stomach wants to take food - cookies, sweets, maybe sandwiches or a whole chocolate bar would be used.
Can you imagine what a whole chocolate bar is? That's about 545 kcal! But this chocolate bar was not even considered food - so, sharpen it with tea.
This is where the origins of all our extra pounds lie - in this particular relation to food.
But since I switched to counting calories and controlling my diet, not only my eating habits have changed, but my diet has also appeared.
And even at such an early hour, I ate breakfast with pleasure.
For breakfast, I had sandwiches on whole grain bread (65 g) with curd cheese (30 g) and lightly salted chum salmon (65 g).
Breakfast 380 kcal. A mug of green tea and forward to meet the new day.
The question is often asked - why whole grain flour, because it is sometimes even more caloric than ordinary wheat flour. The fact is that we need carbohydrates, but carbohydrates are complex (slow). Regular premium flour is a fast carbohydrate. Whole grain flour is a slow carbohydrate. Choosing slow carbohydrates is, first of all, long saturation.
The same is the case with pasta - we choose from durum wheat, whole grains - all these will be slow carbohydrates.
Having finished all your business in Moscow - go home soon! I just dropped into the store to buy ryazhenka for a snack - I was already hungry. There was a 400 ml bottle only in the store.
I decided that I would drink about 200 ml, and on the remaining fermented baked milk I would bake fresh bread for myself.
But everything happened differently. The whole bottle was drunk for a long time and imperceptibly.
Snack - 400 ml of fermented baked milk - 265 kcal.
It's good that at home there was something to warm up for lunch.
Lunch - 100 g of boiled buckwheat, 200 g of meatballs with mozzarella and 50 g of cherry tomatoes.
Lunch at 440 kcal.
Those who skated for half a day work until late at night.
It's good that I have you - sometimes you just need to get distracted and then I go to Zen and read your comments, answer them.
By the way, a few days ago there was a problem with the comments - a lot of your comments in the article were deleted. I wrote to support - they answered that there was a failure and now everything should be displayed. But I don't think they fixed anythingπ Other authors have the same problem.

Work is work, but I want to eat on a schedule - that's what an established regime means.
Allocated 10 minutes (and it doesn't take more time) to make a casserole with cherries and pita bread. In one of the articles, in response to your comment, I saw a photo and was tempted by my own pieπ. There is always cottage cheese and pita bread in the refrigerator - I went to cook.
And of course I don't need anything anymore - no salad, no protein for dinner, when there is a freshly cooked cherry pie.
300 g casserole with cherries for dinner - 325 kcal.

But today I decided to change the recipe a little. I made a casserole of 290 g of cottage cheese (that is how much I have left and should have been used), 1 egg, 200 g of cherries and 80 g of lavash. I wanted to reduce the calorie content and reduced the amount of eggs and pita bread, increasing the amount of cherries. I also added 20 g of vanilla syrup, which gave just amazing reinforcement and taste. The casserole turned out to be not as dense as in the original recipe, more airy or something. And KBZHU made me happy.
The result of the day is 1410 kcal. B - 106, F - 56, U - 118. The rate of water is drunk. I don't forget about skin care.

So that's it. I decided to conduct a survey among us because I met a similar survey on the Internet, and the results of it upset me a little. Most of the women who responded to that survey were totally unhappy with their appearance. And I remembered myself two years ago. I passed in that far for me (in fact, not so far, but it feels very distant), I would choose option 2 of the answer - I was totally unhappy with my appearance.
But today everything has changed.
And the results of our survey make me very, very happy! Just look - almost 70% of the respondents are satisfied with their appearance, and 9.5% of them are so satisfied that they no longer see the need to change something. And this is great! So we are on the right track!
Do you understand what I mean? We change, the feeling of ourselves changes, we start to like ourselves and this is the main thing!
Of course, you can argue for a long time about the psychological moment in the perception of yourself. Someone can love themselves for who they are and present all their shortcomings as advantages. But I am sure that our survey indicator is completely differentπ
