For breakfast I have sandwiches on homemade whole grain bread (60 g) with turkey breast pastrom (120 g).

And today I wanted coffee with milk (70 ml).

Breakfast turned out to be 370 kcal.

I try not to drink coffee because it has a bad effect on the skin and stomach. I noticed that as soon as I refused it, the war in my stomach went away and the skin cleared up. In addition, coffee increases the acidity of the stomach.
If someone has the problems I described and you drink coffee all the time, try to give it up for at least a week and see the results.

From the mother she ran to the store for bread and chicken wings. Ordered my wings for lunch - I don't remember when I ate them, especially in various marinades.

I bought some groceries and went home.

Still, what kind of high-calorie wings. It seems that there is nothing to eat there, but look at the calorie content of my lunch, given that I ate 3 wings and a vegetable salad.

Lunch - 200 g of vegetable salad (tomato, cucumber, onion, garlic), seasoned with 25 g of sour cream and 160 g (net weight without bones) chicken wings.

Happened 440 kcal.

After lunch, I worked a little at the computer and drank green tea with 20 g of dark chocolate - 110 kcal.

For dinner, I warmed myself mushroom caviar (200 g) and a chicken cutlet (80 g), took some cherry.

It turned out to be a dinner for 230 kcal.

I actively drink water - at the rate of 30 ml per 1 kilogram of weight. I manage to drink even more water than my norm - the body is already accustomed to the drinking regime and asks for more water itself. And before, I never drank a glass of pure water - only tea, and coffee and always went with edema.

I'm in a bit of a shock here. We wanted to order a "stepper" simulator for ourselves, since we have to spend so much time at home - a necessary thing. And what do you think? They are not in any store! At least the models that interest us are all sold out. Still, people are moving, even at home they do not want to lose their shape. There is no money for expensive simulators - they choose budget ones. And just those very budget ones - you can't buy.

I'm afraid without a simulator I'll again become like my plump Buska, who even while sitting is already asleep. It seems to me that she has an underestimated calorie intake, once every 2 days I add food, and she is still a bun:
