As you already understood from the photo introduction, I lost 60 kg in 2 years thanks to the calculation of the calorie content of my diet.
At first, I thought that I couldn't last long by counting calories. It seemed to me boring, long, and math is not mine.
But thanks to the fact that now, in our age of smartphones, there are a bunch of applications that facilitate calorie counting - everything turned out to be simple.
And when you see a result that you have not achieved on any diet, and even understand that at the same time you eat and do not constantly feel hunger - wings grow behind your back and you want to reach end.
Turn to the menu for the day.
In the morning I made myself oatmeal for breakfast - this is a delicious and hearty breakfast, which is prepared quite quickly.
I cook oatmeal in different ways. Sometimes on sour cream, sometimes on soft cottage cheese. Today I cooked it in milk.
For the oatmeal itself, I used 25 g of dry oatmeal, 50 ml of milk, 1 chicken egg, a pinch of salt and soda - I mixed everything with a mixer. The oatmeal was pre-ground in a mixer, I like it better.
Baked in a pan on both sides for several minutes.
Next, oatmeal greased 30 g of curd cheese, put some lettuce leaves and 65 g of salted chum salmon.
Here's breakfast for 440 kcal ready.
After a little computer work after breakfast, I decided to start my course of skin baths. Yesterday I told you about the turpentine baths that I ordered at the pharmacy.
After one procedure, of course, nothing is clear, a course is needed. I can't even describe my feelings. I used the minimum amount of elixir as advised. It is necessary to start with a small dose. I felt a slight tingling sensation (it should be so), not even a tingling sensation, but a tickling sensation. In a day, there will be a second bath, I will increase the amount of elixir.
While there is time and opportunity, you need to take care of yourself, not only slim down, change your eating habits. But also devote more time to skin care. To the question - "where is the extra skin?" you could smile and go further your own way, knowing that you have neither extra pounds, nor "extra" skin, unlike the questioners๐.
After the bath I drank hot green tea with 50 ml of milk - 55 kcal.
And later she had a snack.
For a snack, fruit and a dose of vitamin C - 120 g of orange and 100 g of kiwi - 90 kcal.
Today I just had to warm dinner.
100 g of boiled buckwheat, 150 g of chicken roll, which I cooked last night and now it will last for several days and 100 g of vegetables (cherry and cucumber).
Lunch - 395 kcal.
I noticed that I practically stopped buying groceries in the store. Well, except for bread, some dairy products and vegetables and fruits.
I told you about joint purchases that are organized in our LCD. I began to actively use and order products. The difference in prices is immediately felt, and the products are all good, fresh, and some products are not so easy to find in nearby stores.
Today they brought cheeses.
In addition to the regular cheese, I took the sausage cheese. How long have I not eaten it! How delicious it is๐. And in KBZHU it gives odds to ordinary cheese.
I came home and decided to try a piece right away.
I cut myself off like a small piece, but it turned out to be 100g, I had to halve it, but to me it seemed so small anyway๐.
I got 60 g of cheese for 150 kcal and green tea.
For dinner, stewed vegetables - broccoli, cauliflower and carrots (200 g, frozen weight) and 110 g chicken roll.
Dinner turned out to be 265 kcal.
In total, in a day it turned out 1395 kcal.
From physical education today there were only squats while preparing dinner. Honestly - I was lazy. But I do squats every day. Losing weight is great, but staying without a fifth point is so-so perspective, but it can be corrected with squats, unlike other parts of the body๐.
I drink water (at the rate of 30 ml of water per 1 kg of weight). I drink even more water than the recommended norm - for me it is 2 liters.
And the May holidays are on the nose. We are deprived of spring this year, and the summer will not be full, I think.
