Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
Currently I have managed to get rid of58kg.
All the way to slimness, I did not eat only vegetable salads and did not drink celery smoothies.
In my diet there are common foods, including those allegedly prohibited for those who are losing weight.
And even baked goods are included in my diet. The main thing is that it fits into my KBZhU norm for the day.
For those who want to lose weight deliciously, and especially for those with a sweet tooth, today I have a wonderful recipe for apple muffins!
✅I needed the following products:
- 2 medium apples (250 g),
- 1 chicken egg
- 130 g whole grain flour (I took whole grain rice and wheat in half),
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanillin
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2-3 bags of sweetener depending on the sweetness of the apples,
- 10 g dried cranberries or raisins (optional).
✅Cooking.
Apples need to be peeled and core- you should get about 200 g of a clean apple.Then we grind the apples with a mixer in puree.
Add chicken egg, cinnamon, vanillin and sweetener to the apples. Mix well until smooth.
In the resulting applesauce, add flour (I have half and half rice and wheat) and baking powder.
Mix well.
We spread the dough into muffin tins (I use silicone tins, I don't grease them with anything).
Decorate with dried cranberries or other dried fruits or nuts if desired.
Put the muffins in the 180 g oven for 30 minutes. Willingness to check with a knife, there should be no wet marks on it.
