By cooking them at home, you can make them richer and healthier - depending on the fat content of the curd: the fatter the curd, the richer the taste. However, they will be tasty even from fat-free cottage cheese. Another plus of making glazed curds at home is that you can cook them a lot and store in the freezer for several weeks, and then defrost in the common compartment of the refrigerator right before food. For me personally, there is nothing better than a simple vanilla or cocoa flavor – a recipe that is as simple as it is delicious.
Ingredients: Cottage cheese, Chocolate (for PP without sugar), Vanillin, Any nuts you like, Sahzam (for PP) / sugar 1 tablespoon, Cherry, strawberry, banana, whatever
Cooking method:
Add powdered sugar / or sakhzam, vanillin to the cottage cheese. Beat well with a blender. I added chopped nuts to the curd mass. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Grease the mold with chocolate and put it in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Lubricate with a second layer of chocolate and put in the freezer for another 10 minutes. We spread the curd mass on 1/3 molds. Spread the filling as desired. We fill the molds with the curd mass to the top. Top with chocolate.
And put it in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
