Have you ever had this? Surely it happened. And often panic begins, we get upset that nothing is working out, we fall into depression and begin to seize it. No result, nothing to lose - we'd better eat.

But in vain! In fact, there is a result, but so far it is not visible either on the scales or when measuring volumes!

Why is this happening? I will try to tell in simple language what I understood when studying the problem.
With a calorie deficit, our body begins to take fat from fat cells to obtain the energy it needs, because with a deficiency from food, it does not receive all the necessary energy.
It would seem that fat cells should shrink. But no. Often, fat cells are filled with water and the reasons can vary.

And it turns out that the fat is gone, but water has taken its place. Accordingly, neither measurements nor scales show you that fat is going away.

In such a situation, one should not fall into depression, but steadfastly continue to move towards one's goal - to maintain a calorie deficit, exercise and wait. Water will not remain in the fat cells forever, it will eventually leave them, the cells will shrink and you will see the long-awaited result!

For breakfast - sandwiches on whole grain homemade bread (70 g) with fish paste (50 g) and squash caviar (50 g).

So the usual working days went with us.

You can just clean up - the fewer people at home, the better for me in terms of cleaning.

And after cleaning, I have a daytime exercise on the simulator. I will now have my cardio workout at home with the introduction of the elliptical trainer.

I measured 20 g of peanuts for myself for the whole day and dragged it around a little - 110 kcal.

For lunch there was chicken broth (350 g) with TSP vermicelli (50 g) and chicken drumstick meat (50 g). And also some vegetables - cucumber and cherry (170 g).

Lunch - 370 kcal.

After lunch, I had to work at the computer and at work drank green tea with 20 g of dark chocolate - 110 kcal.

And then to the kitchen, prepare food for dinner and at the same time lunch for my husband at work and put out Peking cabbage for myself - enough for several meals.

My dinner is 220 g of stewed Peking cabbage, 120 g of chicken drumstick meat, baked in a marinade of tomato paste and sour cream and 50 g of radish for freshness.

It turned out to be a dinner for 320 kcal.

In the evening, I cut cold smoked pike perch into portions - it has been lying for a long time, since the beginning of May. You have to eat it already, but nobody eats. Well, now when the portions are there, they will immediately fly apart.

While she was cutting, she ate a piece on 60 kcal.

The total for the day is 1405 kcal.

The norm of water has been drunk and even more. When I started to lose weight, it was May, then hot June and it was easier to drink water, the body itself asked for water in hot weather. So soon it should be easier with water for those who are not used to observing the drinking regime.

And a few strange people.

Indeed, to whom and why is he writing this? A person still lives in the past, believing that losing weight can only be done by straining in the gym. And even cardio! And who does he give as an example? Literary character and adventurer??? Or something I don't understand and don't know the new fashionable super competent nutritionists Koreiko and Cagliostro?
