And I want everyone who dreams of losing weight to lose weight and make it tasty and satisfying.
On my channel, you will find many recipes with KBJU, from PP lasagne, dumplings and ending with light salads.
A menu for all occasions.
Not so long ago I was preparing myself for dinner a wonderful light and at the same time hearty salad "ala nicoise" and I really want to share with you the simplest recipe.
And how beautiful and bright it looks on a plate!
✅We need the following foods for 1 serving:
- 50 g canned tuna
- 5-6 cherry tomatoes (50 g),
- 1 chicken egg
- a couple of Chinese cabbage leaves (60 g),
- a few fresh basil leaves (if desired),
- olive oil 1 teaspoon (5g),
- a drop of mustard (better than Dijon),
- lemon juice - 1/2 teaspoon,
- salt, black pepper to taste.
Preparation.
We will immediately spread the salad on a portioned plate, in which we will serve it on the table.
We take only the soft part of the leaves from the Chinese cabbage, cut off the hard thick parts.
Finely chop the Chinese cabbage leaves and place them on a plate.
We disassemble the tuna into small pieces and lay them on top of the Beijing cabbage.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and also put them on a plate.
Add some fresh basil leaves (I have micro basil).
Cut the chicken egg into 6 pieces and place beautifully on a plate over the vegetables.
Preparing the dressing: combine olive oil, mustard, lemon juice and a little salt if desired.
Pour salad dressing, pepper and enjoy.
Bon Appetit!
