Greetings to everyone on my channel.
Everything here is about tasty, satisfying and balanced nutrition.
I myself have already lost 59 kg since May 2018 and am sharing my experience, everyday menu and recipes with you.
I would be glad if you can build it too!
The other day I was making myself lazy cabbage rolls.
Surely every housewife has her own recipe for making lazy cabbage rolls and her own secrets.
I decided to share my simple recipe with you.
✅Ingredients I need:
- 800 g minced chicken breast (3-4 medium fillets),
- 300 g of Chinese cabbage (half a small head of cabbage),
- 120 g onions (2 pieces),
- 110 g carrots (1 large piece),
- 50 g dry bulgur,
- 10 g garlic (2-3 cloves,
- 2 teaspoons of tomato paste (15g),
- 3 tablespoons of sour cream (I have 120 g of yogurt),
- salt, black pepper, universal vegetable seasoning at will, bay leaf.
✅Cooking.
Chop the onion and garlic finely and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
We chop the Peking cabbage smaller, and turn the chicken breast into minced meat.
Fry onions and carrots in a frying pan without oil, add a little water so that it does not burn (I use non-stick frying pans).
Simultaneously set to boil bulgur until half cooked.
I put the chopped cabbage in the microwave for a couple of minutes in advance to make it softer.
Salt the minced meat, pepper to taste, add a universal vegetable seasoning if desired. Then add the cabbage, half the garlic, half the carrots and onions, boiled bulgur.
Mix everything well.
We sculpt our lazy stuffed cabbage rolls from minced meat.
I put half of the minced meat in the freezer, so that later I could get it out and, if necessary, cook more cabbage rolls.
And from the remaining half, I got 7 darlings, which I put in a saucepan.
Preparing the fill.
Mix 2 teaspoons of tomato paste, 3 tablespoons of sour cream (or yogurt, or yogurt or soft cottage cheese), the remaining garlic, frying, add a little. We add water to the eye, it is necessary that the stuffed cabbage is completely covered with filling.
Simmer over medium heat for 30-35 minutes.
Enjoy your meal!
