Chocolate-orange treat for slimming sweet tooth.

Good day to you and delicious and satisfying weight loss.

Today I want to share with you a recipe for a cake that I recently prepared for my birthday.

A small cake weighing 100 g comes out to 210 kcal - in my opinion, a great option!

And the chocolate-orange flavor with curd cream will surely delight you.

Let's cook!

✅I needed the following ingredients:

  • 3 chicken eggs,
  • 60 g rice flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 6 sachets of sweetener,
  • zest of half an orange,
  • 100 g of cottage cheese (I have 9%),
  • 100 g of natural yoghurt,
  • cocoa 5 g and a pinch for decoration,
  • a pinch of vanillin.

✅Cooking.

We send three eggs and 5 sachets of sweetener to whip into a mixer. Beat until foamy - 5 minutes.

While the eggs are beating, mix 60 g of rice flour with 5 g of cocoa, a pinch of vanillin and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.

It is best to then sift this mixture.

Gently mix the beaten eggs with flour.

We take a baking dish.

I don't have a 14-16 cm form, so I took a 20 cm form.
If you take a form of 14-16 cm, then the cake will be high and it can be divided into 2 layers and you get a cake. I'll have a cake.

Pour the dough into a mold and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Do not open the oven while baking.

Next, I cut the cooled cake into 6 pieces.

✅ Preparing the cream.

Mix 100 g of cottage cheese and 100 g of yogurt, add 1/2 teaspoon of orange zest and 1 sachet of sweetener. Mix well - I used a mixer.

Liberally grease the cakes with cream, right here so that the cream drips and lay in a thick layer.

Sprinkle with cocoa on top and garnish with orange slices.

In the refrigerator, the cream hardens quickly.
