Today I want to share with you a recipe with a fish again.
This time I baked pollock fillets.
I really love the oven for the opportunity to give it all the care of the dish. The main thing is to do the preparatory work, set the timer and you can go about your business. The oven will do it all!
Everything is very simple and fast, but delicious!
✅Ingredients I needed - minimum of products:
- pollock (I have a fillet 550g),
- natural yogurt - 50-60 g,
- salt, black pepper, dry basil.
✅Cooking.
The recipe is the simplest. The oven does almost everything for you.
I cut the pollock fillet into portions.
I added spices - salt, pepper, a pinch of dried basil.
Then I added 60 g of yogurt.
Mix well so that all the pieces are marinated in spices and yogurt. I didn’t marinate for a long time, while the oven was warmed up, while I took out the form, I drank some water (and how without it when losing weight. and indeed water
- that's life).
I put the fish in a baking dish.
We send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
The simplest and quickest recipe.
Maximum 10 minutes of your time and the oven will do the rest while you rest.
