We ourselves make a choice and decide how to live, with whom to live, including how to lose weight.

Those who want to tell how hard they lost weight and how they made themselves, starving and being killed for wear and tear in the gym - made their choice.

Just like you and me, dear subscribers who are losing weight with me - made a choice - to live life to the fullest, not to mock yourself, shoving fresh boiled chicken breasts into yourself every day and eating celery, do not starve and crawl out of sports exhausted hall.

We eat deliciously, satisfyingly, and our physical activity should be enjoyable and beneficial.

And we are losing weight! No matter how sad and insulting it was for those who do not understand that you can lose weight without crippling yourself and your health, which is already crippled by obesity.

My experience (and this is minus 60 kg from 132 kg with a height of 172 cm) and the experience of a huge number of subscribers who are slimming with me are indicative. Calorie deficiency and even not proper nutrition (PP), but something around it - does its job perfectly!

Today I will tell you about my days off - March 7 and 8.

For almost 2 years that I have been losing weight on a calorie deficit, this is probably the first time when I didn’t count calories, didn’t think about overeating or not getting two days in a row. Usually 1 day of loading, cheat sweet and the next day again into battle.

It so happened that on March 7, I again visited the dentist and after him my meals consisted of what I could eat (visiting my husband's parents) and what was at home when we returned in the evening.

The only thing that was as always was breakfast, which I tried to make more calories, knowing that the next meal would be after 3 pm.

That was my day on March 7th.

All my food is in the photo. Breakfast - sandwiches with tuna and avocado pate and 1 with squash caviar. Lunch - boiled potatoes with chicken breast baked with cheese and dinner - again chicken breast, a sandwich with squash caviar and some vegetables. And with tea dates about 2 hours before bedtime.

For the sake of interest, I roughly estimated the calorie content of the day - it turned out about 1300 kcal. Proteins are too much for 10 g, like carbohydrates, but I lacked fat, which is sad.

But everything was fixed on March 8, there is definitely too much fat.

Our favorite holiday plan is cinema and cafe. Rather, spring warmth and sunshine, then it will be possible to walk for a long time (we love to walk at VDNKh, in Sokolniki).

On March 8, for breakfast, I had rye bread (20 g) with squash caviar (70 g) and scrambled eggs from two eggs.

Again, I roughly estimated the calorie content for the sake of interest when writing an article.

Breakfast turned out to be 350 kcal.

And also in the morning I received my dose of floral mood:

And after having a little rest after breakfast, having gathered, we went for a walk and celebrate the holiday for the whole day.

We went to the cinema, saw the Belgrade Hotel. He lured us by the fact that "from the creators of" Kholop "- a comedy that we liked, there was something to laugh at. But here's the "hotel" - disappointed.

After the movie we walked around the mall and bought ourselves a few things for the spring.

I still grab oversized clothes for fitting, believing that I will not fit into others. Well, the husband is constantly buzzing - "take a smaller size,
take less "🤣.

There is a concept - to buy clothes "for growth", but now I have the opposite - I take it tight so that it fits.

For lunch in a cafe, I had a strange choice of dishes, considering that we came to an Italian restaurant.

Salmon tartare and, as it turned out, with the addition of tomatoes (which I missed), which I absolutely didn’t like because of the dominant tomato flavor.

And what I didn’t expect from myself at all in the cafe - I wanted a soup with beef cheeks and beans.

And the most delicious thing that brightened up the unsuccessful tartare and the strange choice of soup is a cocktail on white wine with mango puree and something else. It's delicious, especially for a mango lover like me.

And I almost forgot about the little slice of pizza that my husband ordered for himself.

By the way, on a holiday in all cafes there are a lot of people, there are almost no empty tables. All the same, people celebrate holidays.

In the evening we continued to celebrate the holiday at home. Some cheese, lightly salted fish and a martini with mango / orange juice.

Here I, of course, forgot about all sorts of photos and just relaxed at home.

According to my rough calculations, my celebration of March 8 came out on 2300 kcal. Loaded, so loaded.

Naturally, I drank little water, which will lead to weight gain for the next few days due to fluid retention in the body. But I'm not even going to weigh myself and be upset about this.

And I do not advise you to get up on the scales after the holidays😉

I propose in 2 weeks again joint control weighing and summing up the results. We already know our weight before the holidays.
