Good day and delicious weight loss!

If you dream of losing weight, but do not want to go hungry, but want to eat goodies, you have come to the right place.

My blog is about delicious and satisfying weight loss.

I myself have already lost 60 kg (from 132 kg) and am sharing my experience, menus and recipes for dishes on which I continue to slim. We count calories, stick to their small deficit - and grow slimmer to the envy of everyone!

Today I want to share with you the recipe for peach pie for tea.

The husband said that it looks more like a casserole, since there is a layer of curd.

How not to name - the main thing is that it is tasty!

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese in briquettes (I have 9%) - 180 g,
  • 3 chicken eggs,
  • whole grain rice flour - 150 g,
  • kefir (200 g) - I had yogurt, but it's better to use kefir,
  • canned peaches - 250 g,
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder,
  • a pinch of vanillin,
  • 6 sachets of sweetener or 30 g sugar.

✅Cooking.

In a bowl, mix 150 g of kefir, two eggs and 3 sachets of sweetener (or half of the sugar).

Mix the flour with baking powder and pour it to the kefir with eggs.

Stir well.

The dough should be like thick sour cream. If it's watery, add flour. If it's thick - a little kefir.

Separately mix cottage cheese, 50 g of kefir, a pinch of vanillin, an egg and 3 sugar substitute sachets (or the remaining half of the sugar). I used a mixer to get a homogeneous mass without lumps of cottage cheese.

Cut the peaches into slices.

We take the baking dish (18-20 cm).

Pour half of the dough into a mold and distribute.

Gently spread the curd mass on top.

Put canned peaches cut into slices on the curd mass (naturally, fresh ripe peaches can be used in season). We leave a few peaches for decoration.

And we fill everything with the remaining dough.

Decorate the top with the remaining peaches.

We put it in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

Enjoy your tea!
