It seems to me that I have not written about what to eat if we want to lose weight for a long time. Although I write often, I constantly see messages about your 1000-1200 kcal at a weight of over 100 kg and a height of 165+, and after a couple of months, a shock - why the weight does not go away, I eat so little!

Until now, many can not overcome stereotypes, thanks also to haters and those who themselves have never tried to lose weight, but who like to say that "you need to eat less." So I want to say - it would be better if you "ate", as you say, even if your mouth and hands were busy and did not write nasty things all over the Internet.

Girls and boys. Life is one, like our health. And we are not obliged to prove something to anyone, since we are overweight, and we are not obliged to lose weight through suffering and starve ourselves. And then collect the remains of your health bit by bit. No one is interested in our health, so let's think about it ourselves.

Let's lose weight for ourselves, not for someone else to be slim, beautiful and healthy.

A balanced diet and a small calorie deficit - makes it possible to lose weight and not harm yourself. And do not care what others think, do not care about all the stereotypes, the evil ones and those who could not and do not believe.

I still have a "fish boom" and does not want to go through.

So for breakfast - rye bread (20 g) with avocado (35 g) and lightly salted fish (85 g).

And later I ate 110 g of peach pie with green tea

In total it turned out for breakfast 470 kcal.

After a hearty breakfast for a snack, I decided to do with 15 g of rye bran - 45 kcal. I definitely drink a lot of water with bran.

Crunched with bran while working at the computer.

For a long time I planned to clean it with bran and even began to include them in the diet, but I safely forgot. I need to put it in a prominent place so that the package looks at me with a mute reproach.

Yesterday we all finished what I had prepared for several days and had to cook soup for dinner.

And what do you think. Fish soup, on the tail of pink salmon! Really delicious, with the addition of processed cheese.

I will definitely share the recipe as soon as my hands reach it😉.

Lunch - a plate of fish soup (430 g) - 200 kcal.

And then with tea I took away a piece of pie with peaches (I didn't weigh it, but it was no more than 40 g) - 70 kcal.

After lunch, there were working moments, which were not so many and I could calmly prepare food for a couple of days.

For dinner today, chicken breast baked in curdled milk under a cheese crust (140 g ready-made) and vegetables - cherry and cucumber under balsamic - a total of 160 g.

Dinner went out on 285 kcal

I had free calories in the evening, and I wanted not dried fruits with tea, but... fish!

So here is:

Two thin rye bread (10 g) and 60 g of lightly salted chum salmon - 185 kcal.

In total, 1255 kcal were obtained in a day. And I didn't want anything else. Few. We will improve tomorrow.

I drank my water intake. While I was cooking in the evening and spinning in the kitchen, I made approaches of swings and squats. The main desire is, and there will always be time and place.
