A quick, tasty and hearty lunch / dinner for the whole family - pasta with chicken in the oven. The recipe can be modified, for example, add some vegetables or herbs. Serve the dish to the table in combination with fresh or pickled vegetables, with some light salad or sauerkraut.

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet - 200 g

Pasta - 200 g

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.

Milk - 50 ml

Hard cheese - 60 g

Thyme - 2 branches

Salt, pepper - to taste

Description:

1. To cook pasta baked with chicken in the oven, prepare all the ingredients in advance. Products must be fresh and tested. For the recipe, you can use any part of the chicken carcass, it is not at all necessary to take a fillet, a drumstick or thigh will do. It is better to take pasta from durum wheat.

2. Boil pasta in salted water until cooked. Then cool them. Place the pasta in a bowl.

3. Rinse the chicken fillet, dry, cut into medium segments.

4. Peel the head of the onion and chop into quarters.

5. Heat some oil in a frying pan, transfer the onion slices and chicken. Fry all 4-5 minutes.

6. Add meat to pasta, add spices to taste.

7. Shake a couple of eggs and milk in a separate bowl. The egg mixture can be flavored.

8. Transfer the pasta and chicken to the mold, pour the egg mass, spread a couple of slices of cheese and thyme sprigs on top. Bake the dish at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

9. After a while, serve the pasta casserole with chicken and cheese.
