Good day and delicious, satisfying weight loss everyone!

Love sweets but want to lose weight? And I eat sweet pastries and have already lost 60 kg in 2 years (from 132 kg) on ​​a calorie deficit and about proper nutrition.

Why about PP? There are so many stereotypes around proper nutrition, so many different opinions about what is the PP and what is not the PP, and decided to stay away from the fanaticism of PPshniks and ZOZhnikov and be somewhere around. Slim is tasty and satisfying.

Today I want to share with you a recipe for a banana chocolate cake.

I like it for its delicate, moist texture, and how fragrant it is!

✅Ingredients I need:

  • 2 medium bananas (250 g) Babans are better to be overripe, we will give them a second life.
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 60 g rice flour or whole wheat wheat,
  • butter 20-25 g (soft or melted),
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • a pinch of vanillin,
  • 5 g cocoa - 2 level teaspoons
  • if desired, you can add 2 sachets of sweetener, but the sweetness of bananas is enough for me.


✅Cooking.

Cooking is easy.

Place all ingredients in a mixer and mix until smooth.

If you think you will miss the sweetness just from a banana, then you can add a couple of sweetener sachets.

For my taste, and without the addition of a sugar substitute, it is quite sweet.

Pour the resulting dough into a baking dish (I use a small silicone rectangular mold).

We send it to the oven at 180-190 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

I check the readiness with a knife or wooden stick. No raw dough should remain on them.

I draw your attention to the ingredients.

The bulk of the dough is bananas and our cake will not be tall and fluffy. It will be a little damp, but that does not mean that it is not baked.

But I'm sure you will have a delicious tea party!

I want to honestly warn you - who does not like wet baked goods - this cupcake is not for you.
