Good day and delicious, satisfying weight loss!
Are there still those who are afraid of potatoes, eggs and especially yolks, bananas, pasta, flour, bread and many other fairly healthy foods? There are those who believe that you can only lose weight by closing your mouth and depriving yourself of a huge amount of essential nutrients? I think there are a lot of such people.
But I still hope that a rational and balanced approach to losing weight will win and many people will stop starving themselves.
A small deficit (15-20%) of the calories we need will help everyone lose weight. For those who want to try, but don't know where to start, at the end of the article there is a link to a cheat sheet for beginners.
My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I share my experience of losing weight (from 132 kg with a height of 172 cm), everyday menu and recipes for dishes on which I lose weight.
I have currently managed to get rid of60kg.
Turn to the menu for the day.
For breakfast today I have 2 eggs fried without oil in a non-stick frying pan, 50 g of cherry tomatoes, 85 g of homemade ham from turkey drumstick and chicken breast, two thin rye bread (10 g).
Breakfast came out on 360 kcal.
I drank green tea at breakfast.
Immediately after breakfast, I quickly cleaned the apartment (Monday is my favorite business day) and sat down to work at the computer. On weekends I rested and hardly worked, so I have to catch up.
At work I had a snack on a banana-chocolate cake (90 g) and 10 g of dried cranberries. I really like the combination of chocolate cake and dried cranberries.
The snack came out on 270 kcal.
I came to my senses that I had bought whole grain rye flour for homemade bread, but kefir was not at home. I ran to the store for kefir and, as usual, came home with two bags. I remembered in the store that the potatoes were over, that the family needed fresh bread (they love the bar, not my whole grain), they needed fresh vegetables, since I buy tomatoes and cucumbers a little at a time, otherwise the cucumbers spoil, I grabbed eggs (a lot of them go both for baking and for eggs with in the morning).
So I went for kefirchik.
By the way, in the store we have shelves chock-full, no one is buying anything, no panic.
On weekends in Moscow we went to a huge Auchan. Of course, there are a lot of people (and the rush hour of the day off for the store was), but I did not notice empty shelves either. Although the people took out the groceries by carts, but this is a common thing, many are purchased once a week or two to the maximum.
How are you doing? Give in to panic? Have you bought food?
I still had a piece of baked fish (220 g), to which I boiled 30 g (dry weight) bulgur and cut 120 g of vegetables (tomato, cucumber, sweet pepper).
It turned out lunch for 440 kcal.
And in the evening I cooked soup on turkey breast with lentils, bell peppers, tomato and potatoes. It turned out very tasty, I composed, as they say, on the go.
This soup was my dinner. I really wanted soup.
A plate of soup for dinner (430 g) and a slice of homemade whole grain bread (30 g) - 210 kcal.
The bread just cooled down after the oven - I could not resist, I missed it.
In just a day it turned out 1390 kcal. I drink water, observe the drinking regime. I try to drink a glass of water on an empty stomach, before every meal and during the day when I see some water.
