Good day and delicious weight loss!

My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I share my experience of losing weight (from 132 kg with an increase of 172 cm), everyday menu and recipes for dishes on which I lose weight.
Currently I have managed to get rid of60kg.

I consider Monday my day. On this day, in addition to household chores, which I always plan for Monday, I also allocate time for myself.

I can sleep a little longer, make the most delicious breakfast I want. Dedicate time to self-care treatments.

But this time, of all the blessings of Monday, I have only a delicious breakfast.

Since I had a rest all weekend (and usually I do at least some part of work on weekends in order to more comfortably allocate time on weekdays).

For breakfast I have oatmeal with curd cheese and lightly salted chum salmon.

For the oatmeal, this time I took 35 g of oatmeal, 1 egg and 30 g of milk, slightly salt, added soda and stirred everything with a mixer. Plus 20 g of curd cheese and 100 g of lightly salted chum salmon.

It turned out breakfast for 455 kcal.

Immediately after breakfast - to work, catch up with what was not done on the weekend.

During work, I had a bite of orange-carrot muffins, which I baked yesterday (100 g) - 200 kcal.

Also yesterday I cooked turkey breast with vegetables in cream for dinner and decided that this dish would be for me for lunch, so as not to be distracted by cooking lunch from work.

I'd better finish everything that is urgent in the afternoon and leave time for cooking dinner.

Lunch - 280 g of turkey breast, stewed with vegetables and two rye bread with squash caviar.

Lunch turned out to be 380 kcal.

I ate bread with caviar with tea a little after lunch.

In the evening I cooked mackerel. I heard that boiled mackerel is very tasty, but I never cooked it myself. I read somewhere for a long time that you can cook mackerel in onion husks. I decided, as always, to experiment with spices. It turned out very tasty!

And what pleased me most of all was that there was no fishy smell in the apartment during cooking.

Dinner - 130 g of boiled mackerel and vegetable salad (tomato, cucumber - only 150 kcal), I didn't season it with anything, just salt and pepper. Recently, I even like to eat vegetables better.

Dinner went out on 300 kcal.

In total, 1335 kcal were obtained in a day.

In the evening I wanted something for tea and ate dried cranberries for 50 kcal. Total 1385 kcal.

I noticed that when I slowly began to raise the calorie content, the weight stood rooted to the spot. Interestingly, and if you take and immediately go to the norm - will the weight jump to plus?

Let me remind you that I follow the drinking regimen throughout the entire process of losing weight. I do it at home.

For the last week I have been increasing physical activity at home to problem areas, although I understand that fat from problem areas places from special physical exercises does not go away, but at the same time, muscle tone in these areas does not will interfere.

I wondered. Have any of you switched to remote work in light of recent events? How do you feel? It is clear that at first everything is unusual. In general, it seemed to me that I would rest more often, working at home, more time for myself would appear. But such thoughts quickly disappeared).

And another heading - a moment of glory.

The commentators somehow quieted down at first, but then apparently the self-isolation regime is doing its job, the guys are bored, they started surfing the Internet.

Can you imagine what kind of calculations the person made? I deduced, apparently, some kind of formula and found out that I do not finish 9 grams of beef!!! And, accordingly, I could not lose weight by 60 kg undernourished with only 9 g of beef! Do you believe it, agree, naive 😂.

Well, what can I say, another psychic who knows how to determine weight from a photo🤷‍♂️.

Or maybe I have my own greenhouse in my room? Or has a man never seen tomatoes in winter?
