For me, the smell of raspberries is associated with summer, so I named the cake "Summer is summer".
I had a chance to buy frozen raspberries here for a skidon. So I decided to make a pie pie. Moreover, the dough was in the freezer.
🍽 WHAT IS NEEDED 🍽
* dough (I have a rich yeast dough), but puff will be no worse - one plate
* raspberries are half a 400 gram pack, i.e. 200 g
* honey (can be replaced with sugar) - 2 tablespoons
* yogurt (sour cream, acidophilus, fermented baked milk) - 100 gr
* oatmeal - 2 tablespoons
* egg - 1 piece

👩🍳 PREPARING 👩🍳
Yogurt mix with protein (yolk leave for greasing the cake), with honey and oatmeal and leave briefly, so that the flakes swell a little 👇👇👇
Dough share into two equal parts and roll out as thin as possible.
Shape grease oil on the bottom lay out the first layer of dough, while leaving the sides, then to fix the cake.
Then posting all stuffing, top cover the second layer of dough, well fix the edges.
Lubricate the top of the pie with yolk and sprinkle sugar (or sesame seeds or nuts) 👇👇👇
Bake at 170 degrees 35-40 minutes.
Readiness check by test. I do it with a wooden skewer
The filling of the pie is juicy and does not fall apart due to the flakes.
So it's summer already on our table))
