Good day and delicious weight loss!

On my channel, I share my experience of losing weight (from 132 kg with an increase of 172 kg to 71-72 kg), everyday menu and recipes for dishes on which I continue to slim.

Today I want to offer you a recipe for biscuits on my favorite curd dough.

I have already told you the recipe for curd dough, it is universal. It can be used to make both a sweet dish and a pizza, for example, or a meat pie.

The other day I made myself a biscuit for dinner with chicken drumstick, cherry and cheese and for the family for tea biscuits with apple. I left myself a sweet biscuit for breakfast.

This is delicious! The fillings can be changed according to your taste and the availability of food in the house.

Meat biscuit with cherry and cheese

✅We need the following ingredients for the dough:

  • cottage cheese 300 g (9%),
  • whole grain flour 250 g (I have 200 rice and 50 whole wheat wheat),
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • salt, sweetener 3 sachets (3 g), 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.

🍕For meat filling:

  • turkey drumstick (I had a baked drumstick),
  • cherry tomatoes (100 g),
  • suluguni cheese (30 g).

🍏 For sweet filling for 3 biscuits:

  • apples (3 pcs) - 240 g,
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • 5 g sugar (without it)

✅Cooking.

First, prepare the dough.

We mix cottage cheese, eggs, flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt.

Mix everything well, kneading a homogeneous dough. The dough sticks to your hands.

Next, I divided the dough into 3 medium pieces and 1 larger for meat biscuit.

To prevent the dough from tearing and sticking, I rolled it out immediately on a silicone mat, on which I baked biscuits.

First, I spread the dough with my hands, greased with olive oil, and then rolled it out evenly with a rolling pin (I also greased the rolling pin with oil).

In the middle we spread the drumstick meat (or any other meat that you have, baked or boiled in advance), cherry tomatoes, cut in half and sprinkle everything with cheese.

Bend the edges of the biscuit.

We send to the oven at 160 degrees for 30 minutes. Be guided by your oven, you may need more or less time.

For sweet biscuits, I cut apples into thin slices, put them in the microwave for 2 minutes so that the apples are not raw in the biscuit.

In the remaining dough, which is 3 pieces, I added 1 sachet of sahzam and mixed again and then rolled out the dough.

Then I put the apples in the middle, sprinkled with cinnamon, wrapped the edges and sprinkled each with a pinch of sugar. Sugar - optional.

I put it in the oven for 30 minutes at 160 degrees.
