I already feel that with these gatherings, and when everyone is still at home and circling around food, it's hard to keep up with the deficit. But I'm trying.

For those who first came to my channel:

My name is Anya and on a calorie deficit and around PP since May 2018 I have lost 60 kg. My weight was 132 kg (with a height of 172 cm). Now the weight fluctuates in the region of 71-72 kg.

I started my journey with 1700 kcal, reducing the number of calories as I lost weight. Recently, I kept 1300 kcal. But now I began to increase the calorie content of the diet in order to take a little break from the deficit, so that the body gets used to more energy.

After a little rest, I will go back to the deficit in order to get rid of the remaining few pounds (if they do not go away earlier during the slow increase in calorie intake).

I'll go to the menu.

Everyone has sandwiches at breakfast today.

As usual with me on homemade whole grain bread (80 g) with squash caviar (70 g) and fish paste (40 g). I washed down the sandwiches with green tea.

Breakfast came out on 405 kcal.

After breakfast, I decided to soothe myself by washing the floors with a disinfectant, rubbing the doorknobs, TV remotes, telephones and everything that often comes into contact with my hands with alcohol.

All the same, we sit at home, we need to occupy ourselves with something and in the morning, household chores are the very thing.

Looking at me, my husband decided to join in to help. And then it started. All the cabinets were frayed, wherever I can't get it - my husband got it out, even got to the ventilation grilles.

I even washed the balcony door (we have access to the loggia from the kitchen and the door is constantly back and forth, respectively, constantly stained, the cat especially loves to touch it with its paws, asking to go home from the loggia) and thoughts were already about the windows, but stopped.

I stand looking at everything that happens and say:

  • I just wanted to wash the floors😂.

We decided to take a break, but we are planning to wash the chandeliers and windows (weather permitting).

I ate an orange (200 g) - 75 kcal and went to cook dinner.

For lunch I prepared a whole pan of barley with turkey breast (similar to pilaf). Hopefully two days will be enough for 1 meal for everyone.

Lunch - 290 g of pearl barley pilaf and turkey breast - 300 kcal.

And while I was preparing dinner, I ate 25 g of peanuts - 140 kcal. But I also did the exercises - at least some kind of physical education.

Today I baked pancakes for my own. And since we are all sitting at home, I will share with you these photos at home:

And for dinner I had a chicken breast fried on an electric grill (150 g) and a vegetable salad dressed with 30 g of sour cream 10%.

It turned out to be a dinner for 250 kcal.

In the evening we decided to have fun with a board game and I weighed myself 60 g of squash caviar 2 thin rye bread (10 g) - 100 kcal.

In total, 1270 kcal were obtained in a day. Since I had a slight excess for two days in a row, today I decided to undershoot to 1350-1400 kcal.

Drinking regimen and physical education at home are mandatory.
