It's time to take care of yourself, your health, and a calorie deficit and proper nutrition will help us with this.

I didn't even dare to dream 2 years ago that I could lose 60 kg! I thought, well, at least to reach 100 kg, everything will be easier.

And I had such thoughts, because my whole life is on diets, but the result after them is only a plus.

At the moment, with the help of proper nutrition and a calorie deficit, I have managed to lose weight from 132 kg to 71-72 kg with an increase of 172 cm. Weight often fluctuates, these are the characteristics of the body. Now my weight is 71-72 kg.

I plan to lose some more weight, but for now I am gradually raising my daily calorie intake so that the body weaned off the deficit.

In yesterday's article I showed some examples of physical exercises that I do at home.

And the most important exercise, which I started doing just a week and a half ago, I forgot to show you.

And the exercises are very necessary for those who want to tighten their arms. During this week and a half, I noticed improvements, I will continue to do it further.

Only I do it, resting my hands on the surface of the cutting table in the kitchen and at the same time, as it were, squatting. Maybe I'm not doing it according to the rules, but I see the result, even at home.

Moving on to the menu for today.

Breakfast today is very unusual for me.

For a long time I have not eaten porridge, but today I wanted and wanted exactly corn porridge with milk.

50 g of corn grits and 250 ml of 2.5% milk, diluted with 100 ml of water. I like porridge watery, that's why I added so much liquid.

And since after porridge I usually want to eat in an hour and a half, then for tea - a sandwich on whole grain homemade bread (30 g) with cheese (20 g).

Breakfast turned out to be 445 kcal.

After breakfast, I immediately sat down to work, since I won't have much time to work at the computer today, but I still have work.

There has been some kind of bad habit lately, to constantly update Yandex news and see what new things have been written to us. I constantly lose my mind, lose the thread and have to do something again. I really don't like this.

On the one hand, the less you read the media, the stronger your nerves. How they misinterpret and pull out phrases, changing the meaning of what was said, I think they know and see everything.

But at the same time, I don't want to miss the really important news.

This afternoon I had to go on business, so I skipped the afternoon snack, and when I returned home for dinner I was hungry.

It's good that I made a pot of cheese soup yesterday.

Lunch - a plate of cheese soup (420 g) and a slice of homemade whole grain bread (30 g).

Lunch went out on 310 kcal.

Today I had to collect my KBZHU somehow, so after lunch I drank green tea and ate rye bread (10 g) with 60 g of salted chum salmon - 170 kcal.

I already had a snack at work. For some reason, there was not enough time for anything. And I understand why - I am a lot of distracted by news, chats in WhatsApp.

Moreover, dinner today had to be prepared for the whole family and something delicious for tea.

I made myself a cottage cheese biscuit with chicken and tomatoes, and for my tea I prepared the same biscuit, but with a sweet filling. And I have not forgotten about myself, for breakfast I will also have a sweet biscuit (I hope that there will be and no one will crave my piece).

For dinner, biscuits on cottage cheese dough with chicken drumstick, cherry tomatoes and cheese (260 g).

My husband tried 1/4 of it, but I got a lot of calories.

Dinner went out about 500 kcal.

In total, 1425 kcal came out in a day.

I observe the drinking regime, I drink 2 liters of water, in addition to green tea.

And I will remind you. that I am gradually increasing my calorie intake.

Many people say that drinking water is nonsense, if you don't want it, don't drink it.

From my own experience and from my own experience, I want to say that water helped me first of all to get rid of edema. As soon as the drinking regime was adjusted, the excess water stored by the body began to leave, in addition, digestion improved and the problems associated with it disappeared.

But the choice is always yours.
