And tasty and satisfying weight loss is possible with proper nutrition and a calorie deficit. A balanced diet is the path to success.

Contrary to the opinion that proper nutrition is buckwheat, boiled fresh chicken breasts and a bunch of vegetables and herbs, I have already lost 60 kg in two years, eating deliciously and satisfyingly. My weight was 132 kg and my height was 172 cm.

And I am very tasty and there is no feeling of hunger.

While we are sitting at home, it's time to experiment.

I have long wanted to cook a royal cheesecake and now waited in the wings.

In my opinion, it turned out delicious and with a wonderful KBZHU. Delicious weight loss is guaranteedđź‘Ť

âś…Ingredients We Will Need:

  • cottage cheese in briquettes 2 packs (360 g),
  • 60 g soft cottage cheese or classic yoghurt,
  • flour 250 g. I have whole grain rice - 200 g and corn - 50 g,
  • butter 30 g,
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 8-10 sachets of sweetener
  • a pinch of salt,
  • vanillin.

âś…Cooking.

âś” First of all, let's prepare the dough, or rather the sand crumbs.

Separate the white from the yolks.

We take 30 g of soft butter (room temperature), 200 g of whole grain rice flour and 50 g of corn flour (you can take only rice flour) and 2 yolks. Add a pinch of salt and 4-5 sachets of sweetener (this is 4-5 g of sahzam. can be replaced with sugar 1 g sahzam = 5 g sugar).

Grind flour, butter and eggs - you should get sand crumbs.

âś” Let's move on to the curd filling.

2 packs of cottage cheese, 5-6 sachets of sweetener, 60 g of soft cottage cheese, a pinch of vanillin - mix well. The best option is to mix it into a homogeneous mass in a mixer.

Beat the protein from two eggs until strong peaks with a pinch of salt.

We mix the protein gradually into the curd mass.

We take a form with a diameter of 16-18 cm, no more. Ideally 16 cm.

I have a silicone mold.

Put half of the sand crumbs on the bottom of the mold and lightly tamp it.

Put the curd mass on top.

Sprinkle the curd mass with the remaining sand crumbs.

We put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

We take it out of the oven, let it cool slightly, so that it is easier to remove it from the mold.

I just covered the dish with a plate and turned it over abruptly.
