Menu 04/01/2020. April first, but I will not joke😉

Good day to all and delicious weight loss!

For those who first came to my channel:

My name is Anya and on a calorie deficit and near PP since May 2018, I have lost 60 kg. My weight was 132 kg (with a height of 172 cm). Now the weight fluctuates in the region of 71-72 kg.

I'll tell you about my menu for today.

Breakfast - sandwiches on homemade whole grain bread (60 g) with melted cheese (30 g) and homemade turkey pastroma (100 g). She ate sandwiches with green tea.

It turned out breakfast for 360 kcal.

After breakfast, having lost my mind a little with idleness, I went to the store for bread, herbs, and in one time it would be time to take out the garbage.

I go to the store wearing a mask.

There are those who believe that the mask should be worn by those already sick, so as not to spread the disease to other people.

But you know, I am of the opinion that extra precaution will not hurt. Put on a mask, wash your hands and more than once - it's elementary.

And how do we know that we ourselves do not pose a danger to people? Are you sure you haven't contacted? Do you know exactly who before you pressed the button in the elevator, grabbed the door handles? I don't know, so I'll wash my hands a hundred times and go to the store wearing a mask.

Moreover, there are recommendations to wear masks, so let's observe them for the sake of our own health, well, it's not difficult. Take care of yourself and your loved ones.

Returning from the store, I saw a television near the office of our UK. It turns out that our UK has become the best in terms of the organization of processing and compliance with the regime.

I myself saw how playgrounds, entrances, elevators were treated. You leave the apartment and immediately plunge into a cloud of persistent disinfection smell.

I didn't have a snack today. And there was no time.

I bought fresh pita bread, and mine got hooked on pita chips and asked to make another bowl today.

While I was busy with the chips, and cooked dinner, it’s already time for dinner.

And I also decided to save calories and BJU so that I could relax a little in the evening with a glass of something tasty, but so that it would fit into the KBJU.

For lunch, I boiled potatoes and cooked fish cakes.

Remember I told you that a few weeks ago we tried minced fish and we liked it so much that we bought it in Moscow. How our reserves turned out to be.

I cooked the cutlets as follows: 900 g of minced cod, 1 egg, 30 g of semolina, salt, black pepper and vegetable seasoning (the minced meat must stand for the semolina to swell). Fried on an electric grill without oil. The grilled cutlets did not fall apart (although we were worried about this).

Lunch - 200 g of boiled potatoes, 160 g of cod cutlets and 100 g of vegetables.

Lunch went out on 360 kcal.

After lunch I drank green tea with 20 g of dark chocolate - 110 kcal.

By the way, if anyone is interested in chocolate, then in Magnet the promotion for my favorite chocolate is minus 50%. A very attractive price, I always buy several tiles during the promotion period.

For dinner - 200 g of vinaigrette (beets, carrots, potatoes (yes, potatoes), peas and pickled cucumbers), seasoned with 5 g of sunflower oil - 150 kcal.

And as I said above, I spent the remaining calories on a glass of cocktail, turkey pastroma and ate some pita chips (under board games with homemade, you have to somehow have fun) - just 430 kcal.

The total for the day is 1410 kcal.

In my opinion, I completely fit into my KBZHU. The only thing that went through carbohydrates for 30 g.

Let me remind you that when drinking alcohol, you must also drink water. Alcohol dehydrates and thus the body stores fluid, edema appears.
