Are stocks still depleted in self-isolation?

Hopefully it won't be like Winnie the Pooh?

But seriously, many are worried and even stressed. What do we often do when stressed? Of course, we chew everything that catches our eyes! "Lucky" is the one who does not eat when worried.

In the second week of self-isolation (and at the end of the first) I began to manage to control all my "negligence" food. I strictly write everything down and keep within 1350-1400 kcal (now this is my calorie intake until the end of April).

How did I get myself together?

I began to occupy myself with something more, I do not leave free time to get bored. Because boredom just pulls you into the kitchen to chew something. I watch the news less so as not to be nervous.

And horror films at night also help, oddly enough! You look and think... not so and awful while we have everything🤷‍♂️. Let's break through!

I'll tell you about my menu for today.

Not all reserves are depleted yet and for some time I can delight myself with my favorite salted fish.

Buying a refrigerator a year ago and putting the old one in the loggia to store the blanks there for the winter, I did not think that everything would turn out like this and so by the way there will be 2 refrigerators with freezers.

My breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs from two eggs and sandwiches on whole grain bread (40 g) with cottage cheese (15 g) and lightly salted chum salmon (45 g).

Total for breakfast turned out 420 kcal.

I was planning to eat fruit for a snack. But everything changed when I saw the cheese in the refrigerator. And that's all. I couldn't help myself. Demanded from changing the body of cheese.

Therefore, for a snack, 50 g of cheese, thin rye bread (5 g) and green tea.

It turned out to be a snack for 225 kcal

Today I spent a lot of time at the computer, unlike that week. And there is not much work to do (although, like most, everything is not as rosy as before). Plus, there are also some thoughts for the blog - I want to share with you a lot of useful information.

I had dinner prepared yesterday.

For lunch, a plate of cheese soup (40 g) - 250 kcal.

After lunch with tea, I ate 20 g of bitter chocolate - 110 kcal.

And since the self-isolation mode - here's a photo of home-style tea drinking, as they say, without filters and in my workplace, in my favorite chair).

It seems to me that I still manage not to eat up my cheeks again, sitting at home.

For dinner today, I cooked potato cutlets or meatballs (I don't know what to call) with cheese. We remembered the pickled mushroom, wanted to feast on. Just potato cutlets with mushrooms will be delicious!

Dinner 200 g cutlets, 150 g pickled mushrooms with 5 g sunflower oil and 5 g cherry - 400 kcal.

It turned out 1405 kcal per day.

Every day, I do physical exercises in self-isolation mode.

I observe the drinking regime. Let me remind you that I drink water on a fast, and before each meal (15 minutes) a glass. And then during the day I slowly finish my rate.

And tomorrow - "judgment day"! Remember that checkweighing is on the nose??? We had time to pull ourselves together and stop eating as if not in ourselves. So let's see what our results are.
