Today I want to share with you a recipe for a delicious salad that I recently prepared.
β Let's cook.
Boil the chicken breast in salted water.
I usually add lavrushka and allspice to the water to give the meat a rich flavor.
We also boil eggs.
Then simply chop the chicken breast, eggs, pickled cucumbers, onions, garlic and send them to a bowl.
Drain the liquid from the canned beans and send the beans to a bowl. We also send Korean carrots there.
Mix everything well.
It will be even tastier if the salad stands and is saturated with flavors. It is not necessary to fill it right away for this.
I dress the salad in portions.
Someone from the family wants to season with mayonnaise and it will be divinely delicious.
I just fill myself with sour cream 30% and sprinkle it with green tea and it is very tasty for me too!

Fresh dill goes very well with salad.
It turns out a very tasty and nourishing salad.
β I needed the following ingredients (I indicate grams for those who consider KBZHU):
- chicken breast - 2 small fillets - 270 g boiled.
- can of canned red beans - net weight of beans -210 g,
- 3 chicken eggs,
- small onion - 40 g,
- pickled cucumbers (3-4 medium cucumbers) - 250 g,
- Korean carrots - (I had 190 g),
- garlic 4-5 cloves - 20 g.
From the specified number of products, 5-6 servings of salad are obtained for 1 full meal.
KBZHU per 100 g without refueling: K - 98, B - 9.4, F - 3.7, U - 6.5.
