Good day to all and delicious weight loss!

Another week of self-isolation is over.

It's amazing that when we work and go to work every day, we really want to sit at home, just lie on the couch and relax.

And so it happened that many were on the couch. And what? Everyone suffers, they want to get out of this house, there is no strength as they do not want to sit at home.

We are amazing people.

My checkweigh on Friday did little to please me.

Increasing the calorie intake, I did not particularly hope that I would continue to lose weight, because I had already gone through this, I know. The body is rebuilding for a long time.

And now on the scales for several weeks 71.5-72, taking into account the water that walks.

But today it is 71.3! Is the ice broken? We'll see. A little more, 100 g and I can boast of a new figure - minus 61 kg! But I will not get ahead of myself.

And how are you doing? How was the check weighing?

Turn to the menu for the day.

For breakfast today I have homemade whole grain bread (60 g), greased with 20 g of curd cheese and put 80 g of salted chum salmon on top. This is my favorite sandwiches.

Calorie breakfast - 380 kcal.

I drank green tea with jasmine with sandwiches.

I was asked a question here recently. Why do I write that whole grain bread is homemade, do I bake it myself? What can I say🤷‍♂️.

After breakfast I went to the computer, where I had a snack. Without stopping from work.

I know that it is not right to eat and do something else at the same time, but in most cases I cannot afford to spend time on eating, especially on a snack. Therefore, I combine.

Snack - rye bread (10 g) with melted cheese (20 g) with green tea and fruits that I ate at work during the day: orange 70 g and kiwi (140 g).

Snack on 185 kcal.

For lunch, I wanted to cook a pot of tomato-lentil soup, so that it lasts for several days and I already started to cook it! But suddenly I remembered that I had bought Peking cabbage the other day. And my tomato-lentil soup turned into cabbage soup. Instead of lentils, I added cabbage.

A plate of cabbage soup for lunch (500 g) with 40 g sour cream 10% - 195 kcal.

After dinner, she poured green tea, took 20 g of bitter chocolate - 110 kcal and went to work at the computer.

Today all I do is cook and work at the computer.

So I had nothing in store for dinner.

Mine have been asking for a long time to make Caesar salad. I usually don't like messing around with cooking. I love it fast, simple and tasty.

But we haven't eaten our favorite salad for a long time, and apparently for a long time going to cafes will be prohibited, and the economic situation will allow you to live as before and celebrate some holidays in a cafe - not known.

I had free time and I decided to get confused. That's just something to invent and make a salad of Caesar PP, in my opinion, is pointless. The main calories in the dressing, but also the main taste in it. Therefore, I prepared a version of the salad, trying to approach the classic and taking into account the available products. And I just counted the KBZHU portions.

Dinner - Caesar salad - 470 kcal.

And in the evening I cooked curd buns. My idea was to make them like cinnabon buns. Only with curd filling.

But in pursuit of a decrease in calorie content, I still regretted the flour and in the oven the buns did not hold their shape, sank and turned, as a result, not into buns, but into some kind of cakes-cookies. And it was very difficult to work with the test.

I was upset, I even wanted to throw it out, but I left it on the table.

The husband saw these buns and said - how delicious! 😂😂😂

In general, mine ate them all. And I also decided to try what I baked.

This is how I ended up with an unplanned evening cheat sweet that coincided with Friday's board games with my family.

Bun with cottage cheese (50 g) and green tea - 140 kcal.

The bun, by the way, was delicious. On top it turned out crispy dough, and inside the curd filling. If the conceived form did not work out for me, then the taste 👍

And there is no photo of buns 🤷‍♂️. Frustrated, I did not take pictures of them, and then I completely forgot.

As a result, 1480 kcal per day turned out.

I observed the drinking regimen, but I did not do exercises and exercises and I will interrupt with physical education for a couple of days.
