Today I want to share with you a wonderful recipe for chicken roll with vegetables and cheese without further ado.
The roll turns out to be juicy, tender, and how delicious!
Try it!
✅For cooking, I needed the following products:
- chicken breast 3 small fillets (850 g),
- spinach leaves (I had a fresh one (40 g), you can take a freeze and defrost it in advance).
- 1 medium tomato - 140 g (it will be even tastier with cherry tomatoes).
- 4 slices of processed cheese.
- salt, black pepper, dry garlic, paprika.
✅Cooking.
Open each chicken fillet with a knife to get a large thin fillet. The video (link at the end of the article) shows how to do this.
We take cling film and lay out the fillets on the film, cover with cling film and beat well.
Then we remove the top layer of cling film, distribute the chicken fillet in layers so that one layer goes over the other (remember that we need to roll a roll out of them).
Next, salt and pepper the fillets, sprinkle with dry garlic.
Put spinach on the fillet.
Spread slices of processed cheese and tomato on top of the spinach.
Using cling film, roll into a roll.
Add the resulting roll a little, pepper on top and sprinkle with paprika generously.
We send it to the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
The main thing here is not to overexpose and then the roll will turn out to be juicy and tender.
